The company's name embodies the vision of the corporate team that oversees the organization. The acronym "E.R.A." stands for "Effective, Reliable and Affordable" all descriptive of the customized solutions the company brings to the market place.

The company’s initial product offerings focused on computer–telephony based applications such as: Automated Attendan t /Voicemail System, Call Billing Software, Interactive Voice Response System, Automatic Call Distribution System, Unified Messaging System and Power Dialer. In Mid of 2004 in response to changing market demands, we added SMS and web-based solutions to our product-line up. And today, we have expanded our market reach to include Time & Attendance System, Inventory System, Point-of-Sale and other customized application that fills our customers need.
